These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xd999 platform and all its services. Here, "xd999", "we", "our" refers to the brand and the entity operating the service, and "user", "you", "your" refers to any person who uses this platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on xd999 and participate in any gaming activity, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. xd999 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and cancel any bonuses earned if a single person holds multiple accounts. Operating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. This includes:

• Date of birth (for age verification)

2.4 Verification Process

It is your responsibility to keep your xd999 account login details, password, and all other security-related information completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account, even if done without your authorisation.

• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Do not give any third party access to your account.
• End your session after logging in from an unfamiliar device or public network.

xd999 will never ask for your password, PIN, or payment details by phone, SMS, or email. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and inform us.

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at xd999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

Deposited funds will only be credited to the xd999 account registered in the name of the owner of that payment account. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, if account verification is required under special circumstances, it may take longer.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit and withdrawal methods differ, we may request additional verification.

4.3 Transaction Verification

xd999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any transaction it has reason to doubt. If unusual transaction patterns or suspected fraud arise, we may hold the funds in the relevant account pending investigation. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xd999 offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. Examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳3,000 to play with.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳42,000 to play with.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount applies. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus applies only on the first deposit and does not apply automatically to subsequent deposits.
• If a withdrawal is made while the bonus is active without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses have a set expiry — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• xd999 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The xd999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been successfully registered in the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a connection issue, it will be treated as void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available for sports betting. For example, in a cricket match there may be markets for "Match Winner", "Total Runs", or "Top Batsman". If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will also be treated as void.

6.3 Casino Games

The individual game provider's own rules apply to casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.). xd999 treats the game provider's decision as final.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system disruption causes an incorrect result to be displayed, xd999 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the bet amount. Bets placed to take advantage of erroneous odds or payouts will not be considered valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds:

• Attempting to commit fraud, deception, or exploitation of any system
• Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes (Anti-Money Laundering policy applies)
• Attempting to damage the system using hacking, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempting to access another user's information without authorisation
• Making false or unfounded complaints against xd999
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Harassing or threatening any xd999 employee

If a prohibited activity is identified, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and notify the relevant authorities.
