xd999 Responsible Gaming
Entertainment is best when it's enjoyable. Play within safe limits at xd999 — your protection and well-being are our top priority.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online betting and casino games are a legitimate form of entertainment — but they are only healthy when kept under control. xd999 believes gaming should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. It is purely a fun leisure activity.
Responsible gaming means setting limits on your time and money, maintaining relationships with family and friends, and keeping gaming as a small part of your life. At xd999 we provide tools on our platform that help keep players safe.
There is an age requirement to access and participate on our site. Only those aged 21 or above may register and play at xd999.
Keep in mind
- Gaming is for entertainment only, not a source of income.
- Never bet with borrowed money.
- Chasing losses by playing continuously is dangerous.
- Set your win and loss limits before you start playing.
- If you feel addicted, seek help immediately.
xd999's Safety Tools
We provide a range of user-controlled tools to keep your experience on our platform safe.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own cap on how much you can deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the next period begins. This is an effective barrier against going beyond your budget.
Session Time Limits
Set a time limit in advance for how long you will play in one session. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you. Avoiding long sessions helps maintain mental balance.
Time-Out Break
You can temporarily block access to your account for a few days or weeks. During an active time-out period, no bets or deposits will be accepted. Taking a break to clear your head is always a good idea.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Once this option is selected, there will be no access to the account for the specified period and no promotional communications will be sent. It can be activated through support.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete history of deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time. Regularly keeping track of your spending makes it easy to spot a tendency to play too much. Transparency is the first step to safety.
24/7 Support Team
If you have any concerns about gaming, our Bangla-speaking support team is available around the clock to help. Contact us via live chat or email — we will listen without judgment and help you.

How to stay safe — step by step
Set a budget in advance
Decide how much you can afford to spend on entertainment each month and treat that as your gaming budget. Build the mental resolve not to play beyond that limit.
Use the platform's limit tools
Go to your xd999 account settings and set a deposit limit and session time limit. The support team will help you activate these tools.
Take regular breaks
Do not play for long stretches at a time. Take a break every hour, drink some water, go for a walk. Spend time on hobbies and activities outside of gaming.
Take a time-out or exclusion when needed
If you feel you are losing control, do not delay — activate a time-out or self-exclusion. The support team will assist you and the process will be completed without any questions.
Seek professional help
Gaming addiction is a recognised mental health condition. Do not hesitate to reach out to a professional counsellor or support group — it is not a sign of weakness, but of courage.
